Nokia announces the X2, a 4.3-inch, $135 addition to its ‘X’ family of Android smartphones

Nokia has added another device to its Android-powered ‘X’ family after it announced the Nokia X2. The X2 sports a 4.3-inch touch display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. There’s a five-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a more basic front-facing camera for video calling and selfie photos. The device is dual-SIM, and includes 15GB of inbuilt storage for multimedia, photos, apps and more. The device is priced at €99 (US$135), and Nokia says it is “available immediately in select countries globally”. We’ve reached out to clarify exactly which markets that refers to.
